Take your usual sneaker size - this model runs true to size. Sizing is unisex, US Men's 4-12, shown with the US Women's equivalent beside it (women's = men's + 1.5). If you are between sizes, go down. Every pair is made to order, so size is the one detail we cannot change afterwards.

We customize your pair by hand in up to 10 days, then delivery usually takes up to 7 days - fully personalized builds from the customizer can add another 3-4 days. Shipping inside the US is free, with no import duties, customs charges or extra fees on arrival: what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. We ship free worldwide too, though outside the US any customs duties are set by your own country. You get a tracking link as soon as your pair leaves the studio.

Every pair is hand-made for your order, so all sales are final - please be sure of your size before you order. Our mistake is the exception: if the pair arrives damaged, or it is the wrong size or design, send us your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Just keep the packaging until it is sorted.

Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and a little mild soap - no harsh cleaners, no washing machine, no dryer. Air dry away from direct heat. The paint stays flexible and is sealed with a finishing coat, but like any hand-painted pair it can wear at hard crease points over time, and small hand-finished variations are normal.

Order this design as shown and you get exactly what is in the photos. Open the customizer instead and you can change colors, materials and individual details, with the price updating as you build. Custom builds take a little longer to make and, being one-offs, they are final sale.
