Delivery anywhere in the world is free.

Processing your order usually takes up to ten days + delivery usually takes up to 7 days.

*For personalized orders, delivery times may vary by 3-4 days.

Our delivery is divided into two stages and only at the second stage the track number will start working, usually the track number starts working 4 days after we send it to your order.

If your package is not tracked for more than four days, please contact us.

In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Yes! We accept returns, and are always ready to meet our customers. If:

1. The product does not match the listing or size.
2. Will be damaged during shipping, then
we will send you new sneakers or refund your money.

We reserve the right not to accept a return or exchange if it does not fall under these two points.But if you want to return or exchange the sneakers for another reason, we will make every effort to do so.
